Francine "Bonnie" Thoms passed away on August 20, 2022.   She was living in Delta, British Colulmbia and had resided in Canada for many years prior to her death.   Her brother, Rod, called Dean Schroeder on August 20, 2022 to inform him of her passing.  He related that his sister had been battling some severe health problems for a number of years and that she had apparently been improving more recently.  Rod had talked to her in the past several weeks and she was quite upbeat and positive about her improving health.   Unfortunately her condition became significantly worse during a short period of time and she was being treated in a local care facility at the time of her death. Rod reported that she had suffered a stroke several days before her passing and was unable to survive this complication.  Rod told Dean that he would keep Dean informed of any plans for a memorial service for Bonnie.   As yet, no information has been received.
