Central '60 Alum Perry Bullard, Canton, MI, died October 15, 1999, at home.  He was graduate of Harvard and the University of Michigan Law School.  Perry was a Michigan state representative for 20 years, where he enacted 118 laws for the state.  He is survived by his wife and a son.
