Robert A. "Bob" Babcock, 61, of Algoma, Wisconsin, died Sunday, February 29, 2004, at his home unexpectedly of cardiac arrest. 

He was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota. 

He graduated from Huron College in Huron, South Dakota with a business degree and a Certified Management Accountant.
