Warren Kenneth Volker Sr. age 75 of Halstad, MN formerly of Grand Forks, died on Monday, January 29, 2018 at The Halstad Living Center in Halstad, MN. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February, 2, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. in the Amundson Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Forks. Visitation will be 1-hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the spring.

Warren Kenneth Volker Sr., a son of Kenneth and Elsie (Heuchert) Volker, was born on October 31, 1942 at Grafton, ND. At a young age he moved with his family to Grand Forks. Warren graduated from Central High school. After his education Warren began his career working for several parts stores and in the auto industry in Grand Forks. Warren later owned and operated Volker's Imports. Warren was married to Alberta (Bobbie) Johnson and together raised 7 children together. After his retirement he moved around for a time with his close companion, Louvaine Boettner. He moved to Halstad in 2017 and resided there since.

He enjoyed racing sprint and stock cars in his younger years. He also enjoyed spending time with his horses, traveling to horse shows with his children when they were young. Warren loved to do Karaoke with his family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Dr. K. Warren (Michele) Volker and their children Adam(Baily), Alex and Alyssa all of Las Vegas, NV., Rob (Pam) Volker and their daughter Billy of Argyle, MN and 2 step-children, Scott Volker and his daughters Alyson and Ava of Erskine, MN; daughters, Renee (Jeff) Olson of East Grand Forks, MN. and her children Tamara and Trisha Twite of Fargo, ND., Dawnette (Rick) Rea and their children, Spencer and Sydney all of Fargo, ND., Kristina (Curt) Kotrba and their children, Kaytlin and Marcus all of Grand Forks; the mother of his children, Bobbie, of Grand Forks and a sister, Eunice (Jim) Johnson of Grand Forks; many nieces and nephews and his close companion Louvaine Boettner.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents and a son William (Bill) Volker.
