Donald Nelson Age 76 of North Oaks Died suddenly November 10, 2018 Survived by his wife, Cathy; daughter, Christina (Judd) Stattine; grandchildren, Olivia, Tommy and Sophia; siblings, Gayle (Jerome) Birkeland, Jo Dunn, Maureen (Ordean) Jacobson, Tootsie (Gino) Gasparini, Tom (Joy) Nelson and Gary (Nancy Hicks) Nelson. Raised in Grand Forks, ND and graduated from the Univ of North Dakota. Entire career in the heavy-duty truck industry. Enjoyed hockey, golf and spending time at Pelican Lake. His entire world revolved around his family and he is greatly missed. Funeral service 11 AM Saturday, November 17 (visitation begins at 10AM) at ROSEVILLE LUTHERAN, 1215 Roselawn Ave., Roseville. my best friend from central.. i loved playing hockey with him seeing him at the class reunions. i guess thats the end of the reunions for me nels was always the one i called to see iuf he was going. he will be missed by me so much ill always pray for him. love you nels.
