Susan Hamm, 50, Fargo, formerly of Grand Forks, died Saturday, August 7, 1993, in a Fargo hospital.

Susan Eissinger was born October 26, 1942, the daughter of Lyle and Fran Eissinger, in Grand Forks, where she grew up and attended school.  She graduated from Northern State Teacher's College, Aberdeen, South Dakot, in 1964.  She was an art teacher at Hayward Junior High School, Sioux City, Iowa, for eight years.  She joined the Moorhead School District as art coordinator in 1979.  She held that position until 1985.  In 1989, she became activities director at Park View Terrace Apartments in Moorhead and remained director until her recent illness.  She married Gerry Hamm March 12, 1976, in Fargo.

Survivors are her husband; daughter, Stephanie, at home; and parents, East Grand Forks.

Services were held at noon, Tuesday, August 10, 1993, at the Church of the Holy Spirit, Fargo, North Dakota.  Visitation and prayer service were held Monday, August 9, 1993 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, North Dakota.
